Not only were they exceedingly friendly and accommodating, but they also went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued-a true rarity in my extensive travels. the modern and comfortable rooms were a delight to return to after a day of exploring, and the attention to cleanliness did not go unnoticed. the availability of unlimited tea and snacks added a cozy touch to the overall experience, creating a homely atmosphere that I appreciated. the air conditioning in the room was a welcome relief from the summer heat, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep. In conclusion, Amalia exceeded all my expectations with its impeccable service, comfortable amenities, and convenient location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay in Berat.
